Delivery Policy

Al Rimaan Supermarket offers home delivery across Dubai, Sharjah and surrounding areas, as well as Click & Collect from our branches. Orders placed before 6:00 PM are typically delivered the same day, subject to product availability and delivery slot capacity; orders placed later will be scheduled for the next available slot. Delivery fees, where applicable, are calculated at checkout or communicated via WhatsApp based on your order value and location. Our delivery team will contact you ahead of arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable items, as we cannot be held responsible for spoilage after a successful delivery attempt where no one was present. For bulk or corporate orders, please contact our team directly to arrange a suitable delivery schedule.
